Spaghetti with Garlic & Oil

PREP + COOK TIME 15 MINUTES  SERVES 4

500g spaghetti 

80ml (⅓ cup) olive oil 

3 cloves garlic, sliced thinly 

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

 

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until almost tender; drain. Meanwhile, heat oil 
in a large frying pan; cook garlic, gently, for 1 minute or until golden. Stir in parsley. Combine garlic mixture with pasta. Serve as is or add cooked meat or roasted vegetables to bulk this out.
